Delhi Excise Scam: Arvind Kejriwal Withdraws Plea from Supreme Court

Arvind Kejriwal’s lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi has said that he is withdrawing the bail petition from the Supreme Court. And now we will first argue on the ED’s remand application in the trial court and first move the bail application there. If relief is not available from there then they will proceed step by step and finally approach the Supreme Court.

Shortly after this, Arvind Kejriwal’s lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi informed about withdrawing his petition from the Supreme Court, opposing the ED remand in the trial court and filing Arvind Kejriwal’s bail application.
