SCBA President

SCBA Secretary Rohit Pandey expressed that the letter aimed to bring to the current CJI’s attention the proposition for installing statues of the first president, Rajendra Prasad, and the first CJI, Justice H J Kania.

The letter

“These statues would serve as a genuine tribute to both eminent personalities and are proposed to be positioned on the sides of Gates C and D, where the small park is undergoing beautification,” the letter stated.

“On behalf of the executive committee of SCBA, I would appreciate if your lordship could entertain this request and issue necessary directives to the concerned department to explore the feasibility of installing the aforementioned statues in the designated parks,” it further added.
