YouTuber Manish Kashyap’s Case Has Been Postponed In The SC

The Supreme Court couldn’t hear Youtuber Manish Kashyap’s petition today. The number of Manish’s petition couldn’t come for a hearing.

The petition was listed before the division bench of Justice Krishna Murari and Justice Sanjay as matter number 63 before the Supreme Court’s Court No. 13. But only 43 matters could be heard till lunch.
After lunch, the judges of the bench were to sit on the other bench to hear the cases.

Therefore, the matters before this bench could not be heard.

In fact, Manish Kashyap is currently in the custody of the Tamil Nadu Police on charges of sharing a fake video of the attack on Bihari laborers in Tamil Nadu.

Previously, the Tamil Nadu Police team took him with them after obtaining a production warrant from the court. Taking remand from Madurai court there, Tamil Nadu Police Manish Kashyap was also interrogated.
