In a 2021 murder case, Sultanpur District Court in Uttar Pradesh has sentenced a man to life imprisonment.
Judge Ekta Verma, as per government counsel Sandeep Singh, has also imposed a fine of Rs 35,000 on Firoz Ahmed.
Ahmed was found guilty of fatally shooting Sadiq Ali on April 8, 2021.
