Lok Sabha Polls: Facebook User Booked for Inciting Violence

A case has been filed against a Facebook user for allegedly inciting violence ahead of the Lok Sabha election vote count, according to a statement from the Ballia Police’s social media cell.
According to reports, Brahmanwadi Chandrashekhar Choubey is inciting people to bring weapons to Ballia Naveen Sabzi Mandi Sthal via a Facebook post ahead of the vote count.
As per the police, a case has been filed against Choubey at Ballia City Kotwali police station, and the team is attempting to arrest him.

The Lok Sabha election has been counted at the Naveen Sabzi Mandi Sthal in Ballia.
Police have informed us that they have made tight security arrangements for Tuesday’s vote counting.
They claim that by keeping a close eye on various social media platforms, those who spread anarchy and incite violence can be identified.
