Important Matters listed before courts on December 9
- The Supreme Court will pronounce judgement on a plea challenging the decision of the Delhi High Court refusing to provide information regarding the decisions taken by Supreme Court Collegium and to bring the Collegium under the ambit of the RTI.
- The supreme court will hear a petition concerning the deteriorating air quality in the national capital. On the last date of hearing, the Supreme Court rapped up the Centre and the state govt’s over the rise in pollution levels in the national capital.
