Delhi Excise Policy

Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Thursday reserved its decision on Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s bail application in a money laundering case linked to the alleged excise scam.

Special Judge Niyay Bindu reserved the order after hearing arguments from both the accused and the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) on the application. Earlier, the court had extended Kejriwal’s judicial custody till July 3 in the case.

This extension came after he appeared before the court via video conference, following the expiration of his previous judicial custody.
